Account and email privacy
FireRadar uses your email address to operate your account, send account security messages and deliver the incident alerts and optional news you choose.
Email addresses and queued email content are encrypted in our database. Passwords are stored as salted password hashes. Login cookies are required to keep you signed in and are not used for advertising.
You can change your communication choices in My account, or unsubscribe using an email link. Unsubscribing stops optional emails; your account remains available. We retain consent and suppression records to respect your choices.
Transactional email is delivered through Brevo. Brevo receives the email address and message needed for delivery and returns delivery/bounce information. Do not put sensitive personal information into the contact form.
For questions, account deletion or other data requests, use the contact form on About. The account page does not run website analytics.
